REFUND POLICY

Refunds After Purchase 
All items are made to order and therefore cancellations can only be done within 24 hours  (United States PST) of placing an order.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@teezbeez.com 

Sale items (if applicable) 
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is proven to be defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at teezbeezhelp@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect and we will determine a workable solution. Upon receipt of the returned product, if necessary, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Claims for damages must be done within three days after receipt of product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@teezbeez.com 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

 We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
