Prices
Why are your prices lower than the respective brand boutiques?
As a parallel importer, TeezBeez.com sources its products directly from brand merchants or authorized resellers overseas. Because we take advantage of factors such as the lower retail pricing in certain countries and favourable exchange rates etc, we are able to acquire these luxury items at a lower cost, and in turn pass on these savings to you. Authorized brick-and-mortar boutiques have to abide by a regulated price list from the designer brand itself. These retail prices are higher because they take into consideration overhead operating costs, branding, advertising, follow-up service, and in the case of some brands – free maintenance within a set time frame (usually one year).
Are the prices the same for both the online store and bag gallery?

Products
Are all the designer items you sell genuine?
TeezBeez.com sources its products only from the respective brand merchants or authorized resellers overseas. With that, we guarantee that all products offered for sale in our store are 100% authentic and brand new.
If in any doubt, please send the purchased item to that respective brand’s boutique in your country to verify the authenticity. If you are able to provide an official letter from the brand that refutes the authenticity of the purchased item, we will proceed with an exchange or refund. This is our TeezBeez.com guarantee to you-100% authentic or your money back.
Are the designer items you sell ‘past-season’ stock? Is that why the prices are so low?
We carry a mix of current season, classic and previous-season styles. As a parallel importer, TeezBeez.com sources its products directly from brand merchants or authorized resellers overseas. Because we take advantage of factors such as the lower retail pricing in certain countries and favourable exchange rates etc, we are able to acquire these luxury items at a lower cost, and in turn pass on these savings to you. The prices for the previous-season styles are usually more amazing as we are able to get these at extremely competitive prices.
Are parallel-imported goods legal?
Parallel importing is definitely legal and as a registered company, we run a genuine business and do not deal with counterfeit products under any circumstances.
Do you carry the same product range both online and at the bag gallery?
All the products featured online are also available at our bag gallery. Are the colours portrayed on the computer screen similar to the actual product? We do our best to ensure that the colours portrayed on our website are accurate. As such, kindly understand that actual colours may vary due to monitor, display or resolution settings, as well as the type of screen used to view the website.
Delivery
The estimated delivery date of the products will be stated in your order confirmation. We will try to ensure that your order is delivered by this date but there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed because of events beyond our reasonable control If this happens, we will try and arrange for your products to be delivered as soon as possible, but we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of such delay.
Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the products and your delivery address. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. The products will be delivered to you directly from the Boutiques so your order may be delivered in multiple deliveries.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, you will need to contact the delivery courier directly to rearrange delivery. Please note, if you choose, via the delivery courier, to have your item left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or any other location, TeezBeez.com cannot be help responsible should the order be lost or stolen.
International Delivery
Details of the countries we deliver to can be found on our Delivery information page. There are restrictions on some products for certain international destinations, so please review the information on that page carefully before ordering products. If you order products for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. In certain countries we may use an importer of record to facilitate customs clearance and delivery to customers.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such laws.
